Welcome to myIsland.lol! By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

myIsland.lol provides a digital platform where users can "claim" procedurally generated virtual islands. All territories on this website are strictly virtual and exist solely within our entertainment platform. Purchasing a territory does not grant ownership, legal rights, or any claim to any corresponding real-world land or physical property.

2. User Accounts

To claim an island, you may be required to authenticate. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds

All payments made on myIsland.lol are final. Prices for islands are strictly governed by a dynamic scarcity model: as islands are purchased, the price of the remaining available islands automatically increases. Once a price is hiked, it will not decrease. Once an island is purchased, ownership is permanently granted to the buyer for as long as this digital world exists (i.e., as long as the site is live and the domain is active), and cannot be transferred to another account. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
