Welcome to myIsland.lol! To keep this community fun, safe, and exciting for everyone, we ask all island holders to follow these simple rules.

1. Be Respectful

Your island names and any associated projects or content linked must be respectful. Hate speech, harassment, or offensive content will not be tolerated and will result in the forfeiture of your island.

2. No Illegal Content

Do not use your island to promote or host illegal activities, pirated content, or malicious software.

3. Permanent Ownership (While World Exists)

Once you claim an island, it is yours permanently for as long as this digital world exists (i.e., as long as the site is live and the domain is active). Islands cannot be transferred to another user, and they cannot be outbid.

4. Dynamic Scarcity Pricing

As islands are claimed, the supply decreases and the prices for the remaining islands will automatically increase to reflect demand. Once prices increase, they will never decrease back.

5. The Golden Rule

Have fun! This is a playful experiment in digital geography. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

6. Virtual Territories

All territories on this website are strictly virtual and exist solely within our entertainment platform. Purchasing a territory does not grant ownership, legal rights, or any claim to any corresponding real-world land, physical property, or domain names.
